I've never thrown away boba before, usually if its meh I'll still drink it. This was straight up bad. We got two drinks, I already threw away the other so its not pictured. Jasmine foam cap tasted old like the milk foam had gone bad? Stomach felt uneasy afterwards. This lemon kumquat drink with boba had boba that tasted like nothing., like chewy plastic, the drink was off putting as well. Avoid at all costs!

Twice in a row I ordered 50% and 30%, and they came out exactly the same, 100% and with enough sugar to cause me diabetes. On top of that there was barely tea. It used to be good. Won’t Come Back!

It was our first time ordering a Strawberry Yakult and a Brown Sugar Bubble Milk Tea here. The drinks were alright, but the customer service was terrible. First off, we could not tell if there were 3 or 5 workers behind the counter. 2 people came and made their own drinks, socialized with the other 3 workers and then left in a span of 15min. Of the 3 workers, one of them just stood there drinking her own bubble tea drink while being on her phone, while the other 2 workers seemed like they were actually working. Then, when they were done making ours plus another customer's orders, one of the workers called out the order for the one customer to pick up their drink, while the other worker (who was drinking her own bubble tea) just left our order on the counter and walked away without announcing whose order the drinks were. When we asked if these were ours, she responded saying the order name was on the label and just walked away. Then, when we asked for a copy of our reciept (because the kiosk did not print one like we asked it to), that same worker who "served" us said that the kiosk must have run out of paper, and then she just stared at us. I’d like to say that I love the signature and the brown sugar milk tea from here, and its quite consistent including the amount of boba you get on your drinks. But the low rating is because they recently switched to these horrible cups, and 1/4 of my drink spilled. The cover doesnt snap on, and god forbid the cup shakes and u got milk tea spilling everywhere in the car. The only time this has happened on any milk tea due to these cheap cups. Will change review once they stop using these cups

Conveniently located at the entrance of a market, the shop was quite busy. There were 3-4 workers, so there was no delay in getting our order. The boba was average. I ordered the taro milk tea with boba. The boba was very warm in my iced drink. My bf did not like his tea.
